("Domrelixa", "we") we process personal data in accordance with Law No. 172-13 on Personal Data Protection of the Dominican Republic, with the standards of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) where applicable, and with the guidelines of the Superintendency of Banks. This document describes how we collect, use and safeguard information within domrelixa.com.
1. Data controller
Domrelixa Capital, S.R.L., RNC 1-32-91847-4, with offices at Torre Empresarial Blue Mall, 12th floor, Av. Winston Churchill 93, Piantini, Santo Domingo 10148, acts as the data controller for information submitted through the site.
2. Data we collect
We only request strictly necessary data: name, email address and the content of the message you decide to share through the contact form. We may also receive minimal technical information (approximate country, device type, navigation reference) always conditional on your prior consent.
3. Purposes of processing
The data is used to reply to your enquiries, to guide you regarding our real estate crowdlending model, to keep traceability of commercial conversations and, when explicitly authorized, to measure site performance or show relevant advertising.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your free, specific and informed consent, as well as on the legitimate interest of responding to requests initiated by you. No automated individual decision replaces human evaluation before entering into any contractual relationship.
5. Retention
We keep contact messages for a maximum of 24 months, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires a different period. After that time, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Sharing with third parties
Domrelixa does not sell personal data. We rely on technology providers with equivalent standards: cloud infrastructure, corporate email and Google's measurement tools (Ads and GA4), always conditioned to Consent Mode v2.
7. International transfers
Some providers process information outside the Dominican Republic. In such cases we apply standard contractual clauses, additional security measures and guarantees equivalent to those required by Dominican and European regulations.
8. Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@domrelixa.com. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge complaints with the competent authority in Santo Domingo.
9. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, periodic audits and minimization principles. No system is infallible, so we operate through continuous improvement processes and incident response.
10. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or technical changes. We will publish the current version at this same URL, indicating the date of the most recent revision.
